Eligibility Criteria: Applications for academic year 2023-24 are open to candidates who have passed or willappear for higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2022–23 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities etc.) from anyrecognisedboard ofeducation such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or equivalent.Maximum: 20 yearsFor Indian Nationals in General Category and General EWS Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 2003 are eligible to apply for admission.For Indian Nationals in Reserved Category like Other Backward Class-Non Creamy Layer, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 2000 are eligible to apply for admission.For Indian Nationals in PwD Reserved Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1998 are eligible to apply for admission.For Foreign Nationals in Overseas Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 2003 are eligible to apply for admission.

NID Jorhat admission process is completely online. Students can apply for GDPD offered at this campus by visiting the online application form. The form is available at the admission website of NID where students need to register themselves. The final selection is done on the basis of an entrance test, i.e., DAT.Application process:1- Students need to signup using a valid email address and a mobile number.2- Log in with the same registered mobile number to fill the application form.3- Students need to enter the basic details like name, DOB, address, gender and then click on ‘save and proceed’ to proceed.4- Students are required to upload the mentioned documents in jpg/jpeg format: a recent passport size coloured photograph, scanned signature, caste certificate issued by a competent authority.5- Click on save and proceed to pay the application fee online or offline. You may also click on save and exit to complete the form at a later date or time.
