Yes, NIELIT Imphal offers two-year MCA programme divided into four semesters. The institute offers MCA in affiliation with Manipur University. Candidates can complete the course in a maximum duration of four years from the first semester of admission to become eligible for the degree. Aspirants need to complete graduation to apply for MCA.

NIELIT Imphal offers admission to BCA course based on an admission test conducted by the institute. The test is based on Class 12 standard including Mathematics, English and General Aptitude.
