Yes, NIELIT Ranchi more expensive than NIELIT Patna. fee  depends on various factors when it comes to college. it mainly depends on the course you opt for and also depends on the other extra curricular activities. for example NIELIT Ranchi's fee range is rs 708–8,500, while NIELIT Patna's fee range is 944 to 5,000. it also depends upon the duration of the course and the quality of education they provide.infrastructure facilities, and other miscellaneous fees should also be taken into account. additionally, hostel fees and extra curricular fees should also be considered. So fees may change from year to year also.

  The selection process of the certificate courses at BILAMS is based on merit of Class 12. There are no additional steps to the process of admission as it's merit-based.
