NIELIT Ajmer offers 20 certificate courses. Students have an on-campus facility of labs and library. Students can go to the library to issue a book of their choice. The library is well-equipped with books of all subjects. The institute also has a hostel facility with round the clock security services. National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Ranchi is a unit of NIELIT institutions established by the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India. This center was established in 2014 and since then, it has been offering over 10 short-term and long-term courses in the field of Information Technology (IT) and Computer Applications. NIELIT Ranchi admission to long-term courses is through NIELIT entrance test. NIELIT Exam is conducted at the national level by the institute itself as the exam conducting body. The NIELIT exam is being held twice a year, probably in January and July.

Results for NIELIT Ranchi entrance exam are announced in the form of grades. The results of the NIELIT O/A/B/C levels are published on the official website. The marks and grades of the candidates are sent to the candidates and also to institutes conducting accredited courses, from where candidates have to appear for examinations. Students must visit the official website of NIELIT for checking their grades by entering their login credentials. As for NIELIT Patna Shiksha placement statistics, 27% of the students placed by Information Technology sector during NIELIT Patna past year placements followed by other sectors.
