National Institute of Fashion Technology Kannur is a government institute established in 2008. It has a great infrastructure and is equipped with great facilities, well-equipped design studios, a well-stocked library, computer labs etc. It offers BDes programme for a duration of four years in four specialisations. Candidates are required to appear for NIFT Entrance Exam and the students are accepted on the basis of merit. NIFT Kannur accepts NIFT Entrance Exam scores for admission to the M.Des courses. During NIFT Kannur cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank stood at 326 for the General All India category students. So, conidering the 2023 cutoff, candidates seeking admission to NIFT Kannur must secure over and above 300 rank to be eligible for M.Des admission. However, please note that the cutoff ranks for the upcoming session may not be the same as previous year cutoff ranks, as they can vary based on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and so on.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology Kannur accepts NIFT entrance exam for admission to the B.Des course. NIFT cutoff 2023 was concluded for the academic year 2023-24. As per the NIFT Kannur cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for B.Des was 1279 for the General category students for the All India quota.
