NIFT Mumbai eligibility criteria does not specifies the minimum aggregate to apply for a course. However, aspirants must pass Class 12 to apply for UG and graduation for PG courses. Besides, candidates have to qualify NIFT Entrance Exam for admission to UG and PG courses. The application process is carried out via online mode. Some of the popular programmes that the institute offers are BDes, BFTech, and MDes.

NIFT Mumbai cutoff for UG and PG courses is based on the NIFT Exam. As per the NIFT Mumbai cutoff 2024, the last round closing rank for B.Des ranged between 1557 and 3400 for the OBC All India category students. B.Des. in Accessory Design was the most competitive specialisation considering its last round closing rank.
