The selection to the MBA/PGDM course at the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, University of Delhi is usually multi-level. Qualifying candidates must have a valid score in national-level entrance tests like CAT or GMAT. The selected candidates are then called to appear for the further rounds of the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI), after considering all the academic credentials and entrance exams. The final short-listing is done by reviewing the candidate's performance at all these stages, taking into account his background, experience in work (if any), and interpersonal skills. MBA/PGDM at NIHFW is specialised to the requirements of the healthcare and family welfare sector. Since the health industry is complex, dynamic, and vital, the demand for graduates who are skilled in general management but have specific knowledge of health systems, policies, and practices is felt in sufficient numbers. The course trains students with comprehensive knowledge about health policy, hospital administration, public health, and healthcare marketing in depth; therefore, it is distinct from any general management courses.so its can usefull for us
