Greetings!!
First of all let me tell you that this is a private college. Secondly there are some easy hurdles to complete. First is the online entrance examination which comprises of questions based on daily happenings and general knowledge. Second step is the telephonic conversation that is taken by the admin or the faculty of the college. Then soon after qualifying both the stages you will be asked to pay the first installment to block your seat.
The cut off is 45% which is not a big deal.

Talking about journalism, the top colleges in India follow the same curriculum that NIMC does just the difference is you live them practically here. You go out in the streets, talk to people, gather information, make news and then publish your own newspaper here in our very own institution. All I can say in a mass communication college you won't find any focus on journalism up to the level because the course is vast and time is less. 1 month dedicated time slot is being given for the subjects.

Hope you are doing well. Shivam see, there are two things that a company desires in the field of mass communication. First is your skills and second is your knowledge. These two things you will be getting in the best way throughout your journey in NIMC. Rest, truly speaking about campus placements we hardly wait for it because soon before it we manage to find a dream job juat by applying as an intern first and then getting promoted.

Talking about the placement record truly I haven't seen any. Most people put here just gain knowledge and experience and accordingly train themselves. So by the end of their Bachelor's degree, they have so much of skills that wherever they apply they get selected so nobody waits for the placement cell of the college.

Yes, if you want to pursue your PG Diploma you are most welcome at the institute. But when it comes to placements, none of the organizations will guarantee you placements in any radio channel. What you can do is learn and explore the phases and then apply accordingly for your desired job.
