Admission to NIT Durgapur for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme is highly competitive, and the cutoff ranks and percentiles vary each year depending on several factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats. With a percentile of 93.89 in JEE Mains2 and a rank of 69,646, it is unlikely that you will be able to secure a seat in the CSE programme at NIT Durgapur. Generally, for NITs, including NIT Durgapur, the cutoff ranks for CSE are quite competitive, and candidates with higher ranks have a better chance of admission.

IIT BHU Ceramic is better than all choices given by you, since all choices are core branches and non circuital branches so it’s better to go with IIT tag, and placements in IIT BHU are awesome. You can sit in all IT companies with wonderful track record of median packages.

The answer to this question depends on a number of factors, including your home state, the branch of study you want to pursue, and the number of seats available in that branch. In general, a 95 percentile in JEE Mains is a good score, but it may not be enough to get you into NIT Durgapur for a popular branch like Computer Science and Engineering. If you are from West Bengal, you will have a better chance of getting admission with a 95 percentile, as you will be eligible for the home state quota. However, even with the home state quota, it is still not guaranteed that you will get admission to NIT Durgapur for a popular branch.
