With 73 marks in JEE and with 81% in boards, your rank will be around 90000, if not more than that. With this rank you won't get admission into this college in CSE, even if you have the home state quota. The ending rank for this college is around 50000 and that is for chemical branch other state. So you wont get admission here.

With 73 marks, just over the cut-off of 70 marks for OBC category of JEE mains this year, and with 81% in boards, your rank will be around 90000, if not more than that. With this rank you won't get admission into this college in CSE, even if you have the home state quota. The closing rank of the college was around 50000 and that too was for chemical branch other state. So you wont be able to get this college.

I don't know your board marks, so I won't be able to tell you your actual rank. But, with 73 marks, just over the cut-off of 70 marks for OBC category of JEE mains this year, even if you have very good marks in your boards, your rank wont be below 40000 or 50000. With this rank you can only get admission into the CSE Integrated branch of NIT Hamirpur, and that too if you have the home state quota. This is all assuming you have very good marks in your board exams. If you don't then you won't get admission into this college in CSE.

Yes you will be able to get admission into an NIT, preferably the one that is your home state. You have not mentioned your home state so I can't say with 100% surety. But a rank that good with ST quota should compensate for your very low marks in the boards. You should get admission into the NIT of your home state.

I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to get admission here into this college with these much marks. According to your marks, your rank should be around 150000. And the cutoff for general category was at most 20000 general category rank for other state, in any branch. And it was 50000 general category rank for chemical branch home state. So you wont be able to get admission here.

Yes you can get admission into NIT Hamirpur in any year, provided you meet the eligibility criteria of CBSE and JEE Mains. You have to get a rank good enough to get into this college. If your rank is good, you will surely get admission here.

I'll tell you the outline of the procedure to get admission here. You will have to sign up for CSAB and fill in your priorities of stream and college in there. Then the results of CSAB will be announced round by round, like first round 1 then round 2 and so on, till 4 rounds. Then there will be a spot round after the 4th round. If you are eligible for a seat in any one of your preferred choice, you will have a chance to lock the seat by paying some money. If you fill NIT Hamirpur as a high preference in your CSAB, and you are sure that you'll get admission here based upon your rank, you'll get a seat in CSAB. Once you lock the seat the
