The fees for BTech course at NIT Silchar is INR 5 lakh. The duration of the course is for 2 years. Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to apply for NIT Silchar BTech admissions. The eligibility for NIT Silchar BTech admissions is that candidates need to fulfil 75% aggregate in Class 12. The entrance exams accepted include JEE Main Entrance Exam.

Hi, Yes there are good amount of placements at NIT Silchar for Electrical engineering. The highest package may go more than 25 LPA while the average package is around 4-6 LPA. Many companies like BPCL, IOCL, Philips etc come for recruitment and the placement percentage is over 90 percent.
