Hello Joy, it's pretty difficult to compare individual branches but MHRD declares rankings of all NIT's. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the ranking of different NIT's. If interested in doing CSE or ECE courses, than you can get the following options also during the JEE Main counselling.
1. IIIT Guwahati (CSE)
2. IIITM Gwalior (IT)
3. NIT Hamirpur (Integrated M.Tech ECE)
4. BIT Mesra (ECE)
5. NIT Uttarakhand (ECE)
6. NIT Patna (ECE)
7. IIIT Raichur (CSE)
8. IIIT Kotak (CSE)
So from above, wait for colleges and participate in JOSSA for JEE Main counselling.

- To get admission into the undergraduate engineering program offered by any of the National Institute of Technology, candidates are not only required to qualify JEE Main exam, but also have to meet the cutoff specified by the respective NIT. There are a total of 31 NITs in India and each institute releases its own JEE Main 2020 cutoff to offer seats in the B.Tech courses. The minimum rank required by the candidates to be eligible for admission into the institute is made available in the cutoff of JEE Main. Candidates will be able to check their obtained rank in the JEE Main result 2020. NTA will release the rank list of JEE Main 2020
