Hi,
All the three of them is good, but you have to choose one of them. IIEST Shibpur Mechanical is ranked at 7th above IIT Kanpur, IIT BHU and BITS Pilani by Edu-Rand a Highly Reputed Indo - American Ranking organization. MHRD / NIRF Ranked IIEST at 7th by Research Parameter At Par with IIT Roorkee - just after six old IITs, but above all other IITs and above all the NITs in the Country. Overall, IIEST Ranked at 20 by MHRD / NIRF above many IITs and Above All NITs except three. Mechanical Engineering in IIEST Shibpur is surely one of the Best Departments in India and definitely better than NIT Allahabad or NIT Culicut by any measure. II

Definitely, you'll get admission. You have around 215 marks and with ST, you'll easily get computer science or ECE branch in it. Moreover, go for Surathkal or Trichy also. Else, if you have locational or any other preferences, Rourkela is one of the best.
