The yearly fee for the first year is 1.87 lakhs and from 2nd year onwards is around 1.81 lakhs including hostel charges. There is a separate bill for lunch and appliances that you use.

I think there is. Apart from that NLSIU offers complete scholarships to people who are not able to pay subject to scholarship policy.

Minimum eligibility for LL.B is graduation. So if you haven't completed your graduation, then you cannot opt for LLB. The only option will be to go for BA LL.B.
Placements depend on the college one opts for LL.B. While NLUs have good placements, other colleges do not. The scope of placements extends to various law firms, corporate houses and chambers of various Advocates
Top recruiting firms that recruit from NLSIU are AZB, Khaitan, JSA, Trilegal etc.

No, it won't. Without a law degree, how will you get into a law firm?
A Diploma in IPR won't get you a better position because there are people out there who have done Masters in IPR laws and they will be preferred obviously.

I don't want to name any institute per se but the institute which offers the best material and provides for doubt clearing sessions would be the best one.
