Hi Ravi, Please firstly go through the NUS website and decide if you want to study a research-based or a course based program. Research-based programmes are more competitive to get into. The admission requirements will vary accordingly. Typically GRE scores are not required but you must have a good IELTS or TOEFL score. Here is the NUS website which you should be checking carefully

I would suggest you to go for BMCC among these two. Regular graduation carries far more value than distance one. BMCC is one of the top commerce colleges in Maharashtra state.

The job opportunities that a distance education from an open university like IGNOU offer might not be comparable in front of the packages offered to IIM graduates. Especially if we look at opportunities overseas, we will find very few of those in distance learning programmes. But if we take a comparative look at the ROI, distance learning degrees don't fare that bad either. Thye average score of admitted students at NUS is typically in the range of 680-710, you should aim for a score of nothing less than 700 to be considered.

Obviously, the one should go with BHU however if you think that you might get fail or something. So, it will be better to go with IGNOU as IGNOU always promote their students in the next semesters even if the students do not pass the exams but later, in order to get the graduation degree they have to clear all the backs. The maximum duration is of 5 years.
