Hi,
IBSAR Navi Mumbai is a pretty average B-school in terms of placements & brand value; join it only if you have no better option left. The average package offered is only Rs 4L. http://www.ibsar.ac.in/FinalPlacement.aspx
Please visit this link for details regarding the placements. I hope it helps.

ITM is a well-known B-school to pursue MBA in HR from. If ROI is not a matter of concern, then you can consider this college (Fee: Rs 12L & average package for HR: Rs 4.2L). The hostel facilities provided can be considered satisfactory; I think the environment is pretty safe for studying.

It is difficult to get ITM with this score. Generally, the cut off for ITM is around 65 to 70 percentile. You can re-appear for MBA entrance exam this year and improve your scores.

If you look at ROI, BIMM is better as compared to ITM. Though ITM is ranked much higher than BIMM because of facilities and brand name. Faculty-Student ratio, infrastructure and course curriculum for ITM is better. You can check the below links-
