Though NCERT books are good for understanding the basic concepts of the CTET syllabus, there are other best books available for CTET exam preparation as well. Apart from studying NCERT books, candidates should refer other CTET best books and previous years' papers books to boost their exam preparations.

The NDA exam consists of questions that are of Class 10, 11, and 12 standards. If you follow the NCERT books thoroughly and grasp all the concepts mentioned in the books, you will not need any other reference books. For the NDA Maths section, you can prepare topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Determinants, Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Vector, Algebra, Statistics, and Probability. The GAT paper of NDA is divided into two parts. Part A comprises questions from English while Part B carries questions from General Knowledge. Yes, NCERT books are sufficient to complete the NEET syllabus. A number of past years' NEET toppers have claimed that they referred only to NCERT books for preparation. NCERT text books ACT as the base to complete the syllabus and develop conceptual clarity and understanding of the topics and chapters. However, for practice purposes, students may refer to other books and resources as well. It is advised that while starting the NEET preparation, candidates refer to the NCERT books and move towards other books and advance resources after that.
