Which category do you belong from? If general, then there is no chance.

Apply for the counselling process in the NCHMCT website. Give options for your preferred colleges. Wait for the call up.

You can get Chenaai, Hyderabad and many more.

It would be difficult for you to get into a government college. But, you can get into a private IHM without reservation under NCHMCT.

Tough to say, since you haven't given any other details. But, you do have a chance OF getting admission at IHM Lucknow based on past statistics. Please refer NCHMCT Facebook page for details on past admission statistics.
