The third and final round of the counselling process for NCHMCT JEE 2023 is the Spot Counselling round. Aspirants need to register online for Spot Round of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling. Students meet the eligibility criteria to register for this round of counselling if they fulfil any of the below-mentioned criteria:Did not register for round 1 and round 2 of NCHMCT JEE 2023 Main Counselling including absentees of main Counselling.Registered for Round 1 of Counselling and also secured admission in the first or second round of counselling but did not report at the admission centre to complete all the admission formalities.Withdrew before the Spot counselling round.Secured admission provisionally.

The below-mentioned aspirants can take back in 2nd round of counselling conducted by NCHMCT for Hotel Management course admissions:Group–I (Fresh candidates): Any aspirant who has not been allotted any seat in the first counselling round.Group–II (Cancelled candidates): Any aspirant whose NCHMCT JEE seat got cancelled in the first round of counselling because of non-fulfilment of allotment criteria.Group–III (Reported and Freeze candidates): Candidates who reported to their counselling centre and selected the “Freeze” option. "Those candidates would not be allowed to submit fresh choices or modify choices. Their earlier allotted seat would be retained; however their allotted category may be upgraded as per business rules", informs the official website.Group–IV (Reported and Float candidates): Aspirants who selected the "float" option in the earlier counselling round are allowed to take part in this counselling round so that they can "modify/add new choices or their existing choices would be considered for upgradation. If they want to modify their choices they can do so but their previously allotted seat (allotted Institute) will remain as a valid choice in this round. The system will not permit the candidates to delete this choice; however they can rearrange this choice (Move-UP or Move-Down) as per their order of preference", informs NCHM.

Candidates who have qualified for NCHM JEE 2023 can participate in the counselling process on the official website. They need to register for NCHM JEE 2023 counselling by paying INR 2,000 as a registration fee and excercise choice locking options as per the counselling schedule.  Candidates are informed that admission to BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration course is done strictly on the basis of a candidate’s All India Rank (AIR) in NCHMCT JEE. There will be no separate group discussion or interview round conducted for admissions. Basis a candidate's rank and minimum qualifying marks,  NCHMCT JEE cut-offs are prepared.

To rearrange your locked choices in the NCHMCT JEE, you will need to follow the process specified by the exam conducting authority. Here are steps to re-arrange your locked choices:1.Go to the official website of NCHMCT JEE or the designated counseling portal.2.Log in to your account using the credentials provided during the counseling registration process.3.Locate the section where you can manage your choices or preferences for colleges and programs.4.Look for an option to unlock your choices or preferences. This may be labeled as "Modify Choices, " "Edit Preferences, " or something similar. Click on this option to unlock your choices.5.Once your choices are unlocked, you can re-arrange them based on your preferences. You can prioritize your preferred colleges or programs by moving them up or down the list.6.After re-arranging your choices, save the changes. Ensure that you carefully review your preferences before locking them again.7.Once you are satisfied with your rearranged choices, look for an option to lock or finalize your preferences. Confirm your choices and lock them to ensure they are considered during the further stages of the counseling process.

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Round 1 closing ranks for IHM Kovalam BSc course for the Open category students stood at 8064, which is slightly less than that of cutoff 2022 which stood at 8083, hence there is an improving trend. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling is ongoing. IHM Kovalam offers admission to BSc course through NCHMCT JEE scores followed by NCHMCT JEE Counselling.In order to be eligible for admissions to IHM Kovalam BSc admissions, candidates must appear and meet the NCHMCT cutoff.
