Don't report to any college you got in the 2nd round and directly go to the 3rd round i.e. spot round and apply.

Yes, the 3rd round is like a fresh round because you can apply for colleges of your choice once again and it's all about the spot round.

Actually, above rank 20,000, they won't allot a seat but you can apply to IHMs all over India. So you will be having more chances to get into one of them.

You will not get government colleges. Please avoid private NCHMCT colleges, as their quality is very low. It is an eyewash. It is better to try AICTE approved private colleges than Private NCHM colleges, if you can't get government colleges in IHMs. Thanks.
