NDA Application Form

To fill the NDA application form, it is a general guideline for the names below four characters.Full Name: Generally, you are expected to use your full and complete legal name as per official documents, including first name, middle name (if applicable), and last name. It may ask for name as per your high school mark sheets or government id in application form.Padding with Extra Characters: In such cases that your first name is not long enough, you may have to punch it up with a space, period, or letters according to what's allowed by the application portal.Contact the Authorities: If the portal does not permit such modifications and has allowed a minimum of 4 characters, it would be best to contact the examination authorities directly or the helpline given on the official NDA website for further clarification.For more specifics regarding the application or notification, please refer to the official NDA notification or the application guidelines on the UPSC website or the NDA portal.

Only unmarried male/female aspirants born not earlier than July 2, 2005, and not later than July 1, 2008, are eligible for the exam. The NDA age limit 2024 will range between 16.5 years and 19.5 years for all the candidates.Candidate must be appearing/cleared his class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics. Note: Those who are appearing in Class 12 or equivalent examination can also apply for the exam. The candidates who are appearing in the Class 11 exam are not eligible to apply for the NDA examination.The National Defence Academy (NDA) exam serves as a gateway to join defence training for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. Qualifying for it involves meeting certain specific age, physical features, nationality and educational criteria

UPSC releases the list of test cities along with the notification. Candidates are required to choose one test city as per their preferences while filling the application form. One test city can have multiple exam centres. The details regarding the NDA exam centres are mentioned on the admit card.Allotment of exam centres for NDA exam will be on the first-apply-first-allot basis and once the capacity of a particular centre is attained, the same will be frozen. Applicants, who cannot get a centre of their choice due to ceiling, will be required to choose a centre from the remaining ones,   the aspirants have to choose the preferences for Indian Army, Air Force and Navy. Mark the preferences in numbers from 1 to 4. Mark '0' in that field for which candidates don't want to give any preference
