The eligibility criteria for NDA exam is as under. NDA Eligibility Criteria 2019 :-
1. Age Limit :- Candidates born not earlier than July 2, 2000, and not later than July 1, 2003. The date of birth should match the date recorded in the matriculation or higher secondary examination certificate. Minimum Age: 16.5 years
Maximum Age: 19.5 years
Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates are eligible to apply for NDA examination.

No, you are not eligible to join in NDA after doing 10th. You should have passed 12th for it.

Eligibility for Indian Army:
*The candidates want to apply for Indian Army must have completed 12th (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent exam from a well-recognised board. *The appearing candidates can also apply. Eligibility for Indian Navy and Air Force:

The eligibility of a candidate willing to appear for NDA is evaluated on the basis of four different categories. As per Nationality:

There is only age limit. Your age should be 19 1/2 years while joining NDA. You can appear for NDA while appearing your 12th and after passing till the age limit.
