I strongly recommend you to first check your age that you are eligible or not because every year age limit is changing and if you are eligible then you can prepare via class 11th and 12th NCERT books of PCM and you can follow Pathfinders NDA by Arihant Publication for more guidelines.

You can apply through CDSE entry. CDSE is an exam conducted by UPSC twice, every year. The training is conducted in AFA, and then the candidate is moved to the specialized flying training establishment. This entry too is meant for all the three forces, just like NDA. The exam consists three papers consisting of General awareness, English and Mathematics. A Graduate (Three Year Course), in any discipline from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) is eligible for the exam.

It totally depend upon the age limit set by NDA for students to appear in the exam. The age range for NDA is 2nd July 1999 to 2nd July 2002. The actual date of birth mentioned in your matriculation certificate will be taken as final. So, if your age came in this limit then you are eligible for appearing in this exam.
