For NDA you should have Physics & Maths in your class 12th.
Appearing in 12th class or Completed your 12th class NDA allows to both students to apply.
You can apply for NDA through UPSC websites.
According to me you should apply this year exam too.

In class 12th you need to score atleast 55 % because it's the minimum. A good score in 12th will also help you to get into other fields.
