Yes, you can give the NDA-2 exam as per your date of birth. To apply for the NDA II exam in 2023, you need to have been born between January 2, 2005, and January 1, 2008. Hence, if you have completed your 12th grade by the time you appear for SSB, you can apply for NDA 2. You can also apply for the NDA-1 exam, as the required date of birth for this exam is between July 2, 2004 and July 1, 2007. The last date to apply for the NDA I exam has been extended to January 12, 2023.

The exam centers for the NDA exam are decided by the Union Public Service Commission. Every year, along with the exam notification, UPSC releases the names of the exam centers. As per the latest notification, the NDA exam centers for 2023 include more than 70 cities. These cities are Agra, Puducherry, Gorakhpur, Jabalpur, Jammu, Sambalpur, etc. You can check the complete list of exam centers for NDA 2023 at this link: https://www.shiksha.com/exams/nda-exam-centre
Each center will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and once a center's capacity is reached, you will be unable to apply for that center.

Yes, of course you can clear the NDA exam by skipping integration chapter, but you need to be well prepared in rest of the chapters further you need to work out as much as possible. Generally, integration doesn't have higher weightage. Since you are leaving this then you need to be thorough in equations, Probability calculus and rest of the chapters as they carry higher weightage. My suggestion is that it's better if you have a basic knowledge on integration.

Hello Student, Sometimes, there are technical glitches in the website. Hence, the application payment status is not visible to you but as soon as the glitch is resolved you will be able to SEE that your payment is done. You can wait for some days but if the issue is persisting then you should contact the college administrative department and ask them to solve the query regarding your payment. You must show your bank passbook and fee deposit details to the administrative department in order to be on safer side.
