You may appear in the exam at the minimum age of 15.7 years however, you must complete 16 years during the commencement of the course.

NDA Eligibility Criteria 2020: Nationality
To apply for NDA candidates must be:
1) A citizen of India or
2) A subject of Nepal or
3) A subject of Bhutan
4) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India or
5) A person originally Indian who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India

Class 10th pass students cannot apply for the NDA exam. The student who are pursuing 12th standard with Science stream consisting PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, and MATHEMATICS are mandatory as core subjects can apply as per the age criteria shown in the NDA website.
