PGDM course is of only 2 years at NDIM. There is no 3-year course of PGDM.

Specialization is to be chosen by the student himself/herself. Institute will help you and guide you in choosing the same. For this, students should get a form filled before the 1st-semester ends and post the semester end exams, students get the sections allocated as per the chosen specialization.

Fostima is better than NDIM, but the fee is high. One can also look at ACCMAN powered by Sunstone as they offer pay after placement fee structure.

IBS is the right option. But, IBS Gurgaon alone does not offer MBA. They offer PGPM+MBA degree with little more fee. Kindly, make a good search for the courses offered by each college and placements offered.
