Hi,
Syllabus for MBA is divided in 4 semesters where the 1st semester is general for all and after that it's all categorized according to the specialization in New Delhi Institute of Management.
The subjects in 1st semester are Accounting for managers, Marketing Management, Principles of Management, Organizations Behavior, Business Statistics, IT for corporate world, Introduction to Business Analytics, Introduction to Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Communication.

Well both the course are similar to each other. A Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities. So, only universities can offer MBA programmes. However, A Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. However, accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.

For taking admission you need to appear in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/others and after that can apply online through the college site i.e., http://www.ndimdelhi.org/
You need to fill in the application form and a hard copy of the Prospectus will be sent you through mail and schedule for interview will be informed to you.
