It is not confirm that you will get MBBS seat in Jharkhand with this marks in having general category. There are only 15 percentage of seats that are allotted for students outside of the state. Yes, 447 marks is not an ideal mark to get in to MBBS government college and you placement also depends on other factor like your category. Firstly you should have applied for counselling till now. Based on you marks and college cutoffs you will get your seat in MBBS.
