Being a student with a Haryana domicile, you are eligible to apply in Karnataka Medical Colleges through the All India Quota.
15% of the MBBS seats in Karnataka are reserved for residents of other States. For this, you will have to register for Counselling with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

There is no NRI quota in NEET exam but candidates can apply in NRI category if they are eligible. There is an NRI quota in some government/ private medical colleges/ deemed universities for NEET-UG qualified candidates.

Based on previous years' trend, a score in the NEET of 260 plus marks is a safe score to get admission in a Government Nursing College that offers a B.Sc. Nursing course. You have not provide your proper information like domicile and gender that is difficult to predict accurate data. A list of government Nursing colleges in India
1- Mumbai College of Nursing.
2- B.J. Nursing, Pune.
3- GMC Nursing, Nagpur.
4- GMC Nursing, Aurangabad.
5- GMC Nursing, Nanded.
6- AIIMS Patna.
7- AIIMS Raipur. I hope this will help you.

Of course, 418 is a good mark you definitely get MBBS in Maharashtra. If you want to join a government college, check the category eligibility marks, because the seats are divided into several categories. Otherwise, you try to manage quota seats in private colleges in Maharashtra. All the best.

It's based on NEET -UG marks, if you are in good percentile in your category, you will get admission in government colleges easily, otherwise which is difficult.
