According to previous year's cutoff score data, with 581 marks in NEET you may get the following colleges under the OBC category:
1. Government Medical College and Hospital in Miraj
2. Government Medical College in Kolhapur

With this Rank, you can not get any Government or semi-government college for BHMS and B.A. MS courses. Also, you did not mention your Domicile, state rank, and gender. However, you may get admission to these colleges for the B.A. MS course.
