No, you don't have to pay a correction fee for making changes to the NEET application form 2024 during the re-opened correction window. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has re-opened the NEET UG correction window 2024 one last time specifically for changing only the photograph until 11:59 PM of April 26, 2024.
