No correction is permitted for 12th percentage in NEET application form. NEET application form correction will be allowed in the following data only:
Identification Identity
Candidates Name
Date of Birth
Gender
Category
Disability Status
State Codes of Eligibility
Medium of Question Paper
Parents Name

Hello,
Candidates appearing in NEET Exam for the first time face problems while filling their online form.
There will be a separate process to be conducted to make corrections in your application form. The NEET correction form process will start from 12th March to 16th March 2018.

You should write appearing class 12th in NEET application form. Since the age criteria is also included, you may be asked about the difference in age and your 12th passing year. You may then mention about your re-appearance in 12th boards. On the other hand, you always have an option to confirm directly from the exam conducting committee.

Yes, you can.
NEET correction process will begin from 12th March to 16th March 2018.
Candidates appearing in the NEET exam for the first time may face problems while filling their online form.
NEET 2018 Exam will be on 06th May 2018. So, prepare yourself well for the exam.

Hope your preparation for NEET 2018 is going awesome. During submission of online application, a candidate should be really careful about all the guidelines mentioned by the CBSE. Visit: https://scoop.eduncle.com/neet-application-form-apply-online to know all the guidelines to fill up application form of NEET 2018.
Now, coming back to your question. Your passport-sized photograph should have your name and the date of taking the photograph, which should be after January 1, 2018. The photo should be taken against a white background.

Yes, you can change the photo in the application form. This information is present in the NEET 2018 brochure.
You can change the following credentials in the application form:
Identification Identity
1.Date of Birth
2.Gender
3.Category
4.Disability Status
5.State Codes of Eligibility
6.Medium of Question Paper
But you should be careful as the no. of attempts to edit the application form are very limited. You must go through all the information very carefully.
To change the photograph, CBSE will announce the notification for editing the photo in your form. You have to change the photo within 3-4 days of the notification announcement.
