Registration for Round 1 of the NEET PG 2024 counseling process started on September 20, 2024. Candidates are required to register and select their preferred colleges and courses on the official MCC website, to take part in the counseling. The final date for Round 1 registration was November 17, 2024, but the deadline for filling in choices was extended from November 17 to November 18, 2024. A total of 25,791 seats are available across the different counseling rounds.The National Board of Examinations (NBE), which conducts the exam, released the merit list for 50% All India quota seats on September 5, 2024. Candidates listed in the merit list are eligible for the seat allotment process. The NEET PG examination took place on August 11, 2024, and the results were declared on August 23, 2024.

Candidates need to secure qualifying marks in NEET UG exam conducted by NTA to participate in the West Bengal NEET counselling process. Since cutoff marks varies from category to category hence applicants need to secure the passing marks in their category. However, Yes, with 450 marks in NEET exam you can secure admission in some of the government colleges in West Bengal.
