NEET Counselling

There are two types of NEET counselling: state counselling and central, or national counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee, or MCC, is in charge of NEET central counselling. The MCC administers the NEET counselling procedure for admission to the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Conversely, for the 85% of state quota seats, NEET state counselling is carried out by State Authorities or the Education Department of individual states. The NEET counselling for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc. Nursing programmes is handled by MCC. The State Counselling Authorities, on the other hand, handle admissions for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other related or medical degrees.

To apply for NEET Counselling 2023, MCC (Medical Council Committee) will oversee the counselling process for AIQ (All India Quota) in four rounds, which includes a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps need to be followed: Step 1: Visit the official MCC website.The Medical Counselling Committee of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for Undergraduate Medical Courses oversees the NEET counselling process. Aspirants need to know that the counselling process for NEET is conducted over four rounds namely: Round 1, Round 2, Mop up round and Stray Vacancy.There are two types of NEET UG merit lists for students. While the first one is 15% AIQ merit list, the second is the All India Rank (AIR) merit list. NEET UG counselling consists of 4 rounds including - Round 1, Round 2, Mop up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. 

Hello thereThere is some sort of security charges associated with NEET UG counselling.The charges depends upon it is a central college or state college. For 15% All India Quota/ Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU and Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi)/AFMS & ESI, the non-refundable Registration fee will be will be Rs.1000/- for UR candidates & Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates. The refundable security amount will be Rs.10,000/- for UR candidates & Rs. 5,000/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH. For Deemed Universities, Non Refundable Registration fee will be Rs.5000/- & Refundable Security amount will be Rs. 2,00,000/- for all candidates. For private universities like from UP, Tamil Nadu etc. there is a security deposit of 2,00,000/- to 2,50,000/-Thank you so much
