NEET Counselling procedure for Deemed University:
The counseling for Deemed Universities will be conducted in 3 rounds.
1- Students seeking admission to MBBS courses in the Deemed universities will be required to register themselves and pay the registration fee for the same on the MCC web portal in order to participate in the counseling process.

Sorry, there is no offline counseling for the NEET exam. For counseling, you have to visit the official website of MCC and apply online and do the choice selection. If you are allotted any college by counseling, then you will have to report to that particular college within the specified time. Counseling will be done in 4 rounds. NEET Counseling Procedure:
1-Register Yourself.
2-Pay Fee.
3-Choice Filling.
4-Seat Allotment.

Yes, you can participate in AIQ counselling for free seat if, you can bear the fee you can apply through the Meghalaya state quota seat must be allotted on merit base and reservation based.

Once you have filled the form of counselling and submitted then they give 1-2 days of buffer time to make changes in that. If that buffer time is over then there is now way of making changes in that. I gave you my answer hope that helps.

Please ask your question again with more clarity. If you want to know about state quota in NEET counselling then yes there is 85percent state quota in state funded college but you must have domicile of that state.
