Hi Drakhsha,
The counselling of NEET 2017 for admissions to MBBS and BDS seats in all India quota has begun from 12 noon on July 3,2017. This is as per the schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee which can be seen on the official website link (http://cbseneet.nic.in/cbseneet/Welcome.aspx).
The NEET 2017 Counselling is being conducted in online mode for all those candidates who will qualify for admissions in government medical and dental colleges across India.
The counselling is being conducted for allotment of around 13,000 MBBS and BDS seats only. States will be conducting separate two-round counselling process for admis

NEET counselling means you'll be allotted into different medical colleges based on your NEET rank. You can take admission into your allotted colleges.

Yes, you can go for private medical college through NEET counselling. No problem in that. Whats your NEET score and All India Rank.

Its very difficult to get admission into MBBS courses at this rank. However you can try for BDS in private dental colleges.
