Its very difficult to get admission into MBBS courses at this rank. However you can try for BDS in private dental colleges.

Its less predictable that you'll get admission into any government medical college courses at this score. However you can try in private.

Revising 3 times is not the parameter for preparation. You need to learn MCQ solving skill in due course. So solve as many as MCQs as you can.

The cutoff score is the lowest possible marks, a candidate must obtain in order to qualify NEET 2017. NEET 2017 cut off score is based on many factors such as the number of seats, number of candidates applied for the exam, marking scheme and difficulty level of the test, etc.
Based on NEET cut off 2017, the exam conducting authority, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the NEET 2017 result for candidates as qualified or non-qualified. Further, the top 15% scorers among the qualified candidates will be directly eligible to participate in NEET counselling process under 15% All India quota seats.

You should prepare for NEET exam and do not worry regarding counseling. You will notified, if you get good marks. There will be an all India counseling and one state level counseling.

No, as per the orders dated 20.09.2016 of Supreme court the vacant all India quota seats will not be transferred to state quota till any further order .

Yes, you can apply for all India quota counselling round 2, if you are eligible for it, but remember today is the last date for this. Otherwise, you can apply for your state counselling.
