NEET Cut-off

Manipal College of Dental Sciences NEET cutoff 2023 has been concluded after the release of Round 6. The cutoff was released for multiple specialisations among which, Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) became the most competitive specialisation. During the Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, Manipal Academy of Higher Education cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank stood at 488048 for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), while in 2022, the last round closing rank was 424583. In 2021, it was 619839 for the General All India category students. Analysing the Round 6 closing rank for the last three years, Manipal College of Dental Sciences witnessed a fluctuating trend for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). 

In Christian Medical College & Hospital Ludhiana, 75 students admitted in year 2014-15, out of which 65 graduated in 2018-19. From this, 35 qualified students got placed with a median salary of Rs.360000 and 30 students got selected for higher studies. In year 2015-16, 75 students were admitted, out of which 73 graduated in 2019-20. NTA did not lower the NEET cutoff for this year. On the contrary, the NEET 2024 cutoff marks is higher as compared to last year. NTA determines the NEET cut off based on the factors such as difficulty level of the exam, total number of test-takers, total number of seats, candidate category and programme.NEET UG 2024 cut-off sees a significant increase: Check category-wise qualifying percentile and marks range. NEET UG 2024 results reveal 67 candidates scoring a perfect 720, becoming joint toppers. 53 are male, including 16 OBC, 5 economically weaker general, and 2 SC category achievers.Although there was a rise in the NEET UG cut-off last year, this year, we expect the cut-off for all categories to dip slightly. The general category cut-off could be around 720-130, the SC Category cut-off could be around 129-108, the ST category cut-off could be 128-106 & OBC category cut-off could be 130-108.”
