While it is possible to appear for NEET after completing 12th Science without studying in 11th, it is important to note that you must have studied the required subjects Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology, and English in your 12th standard curriculum. Therefore, if you have completed your 12th Science with the required subjects, you are eligible to appear for NEET exam.

There is no such criteria for the neet ug exam eligibility. Neet ug has its different exam through which you get your mbbs seat but for the jee mains there should be minimum 75 percent marks required in board exam

No, you can't participate in the mop up round counseling if you've have already gotten a college in NEET round 2 counseling and you have already taken admission. Hope this helps.
