Sorry to say you are not eligible. If u have less marks then don't go for NEET because it will become more complicated to you. Give the joint entrance exam and get a seat in government college.

The basic eligibility criteria of NEET UG is given below.Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjectsGeneral - 50%,OBC/SC/ST - 40%,PWD - 45% So 12th with PCB is must for NEET UG and if you have passed than can be eligible only.
