Here is the selection and eligibility criteria:
Eligibility criteria
1. Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English. A candidate for admission to medical course must have 60%* marks at +2 level in each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology taken together) and have an aggregate of 140/200 in these subjects, both at qualifying and competitive examinations and should have passed in English. Yes, you'll be eligible for applying in NEET 2019. Other eligibility regrading age are:
Candidates must have completed the age of 17 years. The maximum age limit will be 25 years (30 years for SC/ST and OBC).

Hi,
BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate academic degree course which covers medical knowledge of the homoeopathic system. BHMS course is of 5-year duration which includes an internship. The course can be pursued after completion of 10+2 level of education with 50% marks in aggregate.

Here is the academic qualifications requirements for NEET :
Not just the 12th standard qualifiers but the candidates who have different qualifying degrees may also appear in the exam. As listed in the official pdf, there will be several codes to present the NEET Eligibility Marks 2018 for various qualifications.

As per the 2017 NEET upper age and maximum attempts rule, only unreserved candidates below the age of 25 and reserved candidates below the age of 30 would be allowed to appear for NEET and that too only a maximum of three times!
