With a NEET PG All India Rank (AIR) of 69,000 and SC rank of 6219, it may be challenging to secure admission in government medical colleges, especially with a low fee structure. The DNG (Doctorate in Obstetrics and Gynecology) programme is one example of a specialty that may be offered in Delhi hospitals. However, this program's availability will rely on a number of criteria, including the number of seats available, the program's popularity, and the level of competition. The NEET PG rank of 20425 is a decent rank.If you scored 20425 on the NEET PG 2023, your chances of being admitted to the dermatological seat are quite slim. However, the cutoff for scheduled casts is 29967, and for scheduled tribes it is 49836.

You did not provide gender, state rank, domicile, etc., so it is difficult to predict with accuracy the college. According to me, you have a lower chance of getting into government colleges for MBBS programs. But you can try these government colleges. Maybe you will get admission.1- SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Center (SRM-MCHRC)2- Data Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (DMIMSU)
