It will take you so much money to take general medicine seat at this rank. You can get management seat of MM institute of medical Science. The fees is around INR 30 lacs per year.

The AIIMS entrance is not rocket Science. You just need to know your BASICS right, be it conceptual or practical based. Any institute be it private, government, central is equipped enough to prepare you for it. You have nothing to worry. It's up-to you to utilize the resources available! One preconceived notion can hamper your ability. Block that and your set!

Yes, you will get chance for admission for ENT/ psychiatry in private medical college. But you have to pay donation which administration decide.

ENT, dermatology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and pediatrics can be good options to opt for in MBBS at government colleges. Do look at the various cutoff percentile of each colleges for a clear report.

Himachal Pradesh PG medical counseling:
The counseling will be conducted online by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Shimla.
1. You must register on the official website of HP PG medical admission.
2- After that, you have to fill in your college preferences and courses. The authorities will release a provisional HP PG medical and dental seat allotment list based on the choices filled and the seat matrix, followed by the final merit list.
3- The academic fee will have to be paid by the students.
4- Students included in the process of seat allotment will have to download their selection letter from the DMER portal.

1- know the syllabus.
2- Know the paper pattern and marking scheme
Exam pattern of NEET PG:
Mode of the test: Online
Medium of the test: English only
Duration of the exam: 3 hours and 30 minutes
Total number of question in the test: 200
Type of questions: MCQs
3- Try to solve the previous year's question papers.
4- Start with the basics.
