Hi Milind Raj Nagvanshi,
Doctor of Medicine, or MD is a speciality degree that boosts a student's self-esteem and future prospects in the medical industry. There are approximately 620 colleges in India that provide MD programmes. In India, 55 percent of MD institutions are private, 40 percent are government, and the balance is public-private hybrids.
