As you have score low in the NEET 2018. You cannot get government colleges. You should take a drop only if you are confident to crack it in next year otherwise you should not waste your one precious year. You can also try for some best courses rather than going in MBBS.

No, you cannot prepare for NEET. In Banasthali, there is no coaching institute for NEET. If you have capabilities to crack NEET by self study only then go Banasthali and prepare for that.

Okay, since you haven't specified your class 11th class 12th dropper, let's assume that you have got a year of preparation, and you'll be appearing in NEET 2018. Let me tell you something, some people might recommend you to give more time to biology and chemistry than to physics. Biology and chemistry will get you into the competition, but physics decides your seat.
