First, you have to go for all the NCERT Books, complete them without leaving a single topic. Practice questions twice or thrice and then you should go for the books given below. According to you, she is preparing for NEET, then she can definitely opt other courses such as B.Sc in different fields of biology, or it depends on her area of interests. So, in case of failure, don't put burden on her regarding choice of career.

Practice more and more try to solve unsolved questions and don't forget basics because most of students skip basics as you want to improve your command so solve unsolved problems focus on equations.

For NEET go through the NCERT for biology and chemistry. For physics practice as many questions as you can.

NEET and JEE are two very different paths. The only similarity between the two being their competitively. JEE has a bit higher standard questions than NEET. The bade being the same for the two, that is boards, they both diverge their different paths and different question patterns.
