Hi Ragini, to prepare simultaneously first know the complete syllabi and subjects of each exam. Compare both, a lot of common subjects will be covered. The odd subjects can be dealt with additional time. You have to prepare your study schedule accordingly. It is recommended that you divide the time equally between your 12th boards and medical entrance exam. After each topic always revise.
