You need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of standard 11th and 12th. Apart from that, you need to develop your MCQ solving skills. You need to solve as many as MCQs as you can.

Revising 3 times is not the parameter for preparation. You need to learn MCQ solving skill in due course. So solve as many as MCQs as you can.

Whichever institute you join, if you don't work hard, you cannot get a good score, it's not the institute which is good or bad, and if any institute is ranked 1, it depends on the score of the students, so study hard.

Both the institutes are good and it is very hard to compare them. Allen, Jaipur may have an upper hand over Chandigarh in terms of course structure and teaching methodology.
