For NEET Chemistry theory as well as question part both are important. Once you are clear about concepts, You will be able to solve numericals. Chemistry is a scoring subject. For inorganic and Organic I must say NCERT is more than enough and for physical read theory and concepts from NCERT and practice from coaching modules. For physics which is fear of almost 90%of students, must be clear about concepts. You should have deep knowledge about your topics. It needs alot of practice. You must try some good books like D.
